What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom OEM/ODM orders?

Our standard MOQ for custom OEM/ODM orders typically starts at 1,000 pairs per style and size. However, this can vary based on the complexity of the design, the specific materials required, and the color specifications. For specialized high-performance materials, the MOQ might be slightly higher due to raw material sourcing requirements.

Yes, we provide standard stock samples free of charge (with the customer covering shipping costs). For custom-designed prototypes or samples requiring specific branding (private label), a nominal development fee is charged, which is fully refundable once a bulk production order is placed.

Our typical payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or via an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. We also support standard wire transfers (T/T) and work with established credit insurance partners for long-term clients.

Absolutely. We specialize in high-tech features including TPR impact protection, Kevlar® cut-resistant linings, touchscreen-compatible fingertips, vibration-dampening palms, and flame-retardant treatments (EN 407). Our engineering team works closely with you to integrate these features into your specific glove patterns.
We source our leathers and technical fabrics from certified tanneries and mills. Every batch of raw material undergoes internal testing for pH levels, chrome content, and tensile strength before it enters the production line. We also maintain strict traceability for all performance-critical components.
Currently, our facilities have a monthly production capacity of approximately 150,000 to 200,000 pairs, depending on the complexity of the models. We have dedicated lines for high-volume mechanical gloves and specialized artisanal lines for high-end leather work gloves.
Yes. While our in-house QC team tests every batch, we also collaborate with international testing agencies like CTC, SGS, and SATRA. We can facilitate the process of obtaining specific CE certificates or ANSI ratings for your private label products.
We primarily operate on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms. However, we can also arrange for EXW (Ex Works) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments depending on your logistics infrastructure and preference.
